You can have your privacy, as well as heat and wall quality. Premium soundproofing and hydro-thermal insulation are meant to provide you with an undisturbed living experience.

The building façade is made of FunderMax® hardened cladding panels, combined with colored thermal-insulated façade. Premium aluminum and PVC doors and windows are installed.

The Residence is equipped with central gas heating, and room thermostats are easy to use so you can adjust the desired temperature during the winter months. A heat pump hot water system is used for the integrated accumulation of sanitary hot water, which makes the entire building energy efficient.

All of the apartments are fully registered and their status can easily be looked into. During the buying process, we’ll provide you with legal assistance free of charge, whether it’s making an appointment with a public notary or drawing up a contract…

However, it is perfectly understandable if you wish to look into things with your own attorney. We’re open to cooperation and we’ll gladly provide you with everything you need to achieve absolute peace of mind.

Particular attention is paid to the bathroom space – we install only luxury water fixtures of premium quality.

However, we want to make sure that everything is made to fit your preferences. During the different phases of the apartment construction you can, if technically possible, choose the tiles, faucets and other water fixtures, floor covering, interior doors… Our Showroom is a place where you can have a look at the future bathroom design and participate in creating the final appearance by selecting from our choice of materials.
